General The Global Year, and with that the Global Month and Day, are describing the general trend of influences the entirity of humanity is subjected to in a given calendar year.
The Global Year in this forecast is based on the current type of calendar (the Gregorian Calendar; more on this and other calendars further down) which has been in existence for over 2 000 years and by now has become the general time measuring system in the world.
Different calendar systems can be used in a society simultaneously, as eg the Mayan culture had the Long Count, the Tzolkin (divine calendar), and the Haab (civil calendar), while the Ancient Egyptians had one for everyday life, one for the administration (collection of taxes) and one for agriculture (planting/harvesting guide).

The calendar system to be applied for forecasting vibrational influences in this day and age has to be the one to which a person or group of people (eg humanity) relate to most in everyday living and life's affairs.
This outlook is the basis for the delineations of energies used in the certus system of analysis and is thus not suited for eg, a religious or merely agricultural calendar system, especially if these state numbers for the years, months, and days that are different to our Gregorian calendar.
The result page of this program will display the energic influences on the physical (dealing with aspects of life in the physical/material world, like money, assets, food, shelter, occupation) and the combined social and spiritual levels (interrelating with others and learning from experiences).
These forecasts apply to everyone living in this calendar system and on a very large scale, that is, the impact on the individual's life is not as visible as the personal energies to which the individual is subjected in the course of a year, month, or day.
As the global energies apply to all of humanity in these years, months, and days, they become a vibrational earth-wide environment that is not noticed any more once a new global year, month, or day is under way. Perceptible are only the transient periods after the change-over, which run about 10% into the time of the new vibration.
In this sense, the Global Year, Month, or Day are only of interest to those who like to have an overview over future (or past) developments as they appear (or appeared) on the entire planet.
It would be a mistake to identify oneself with these global vibrations and ignore one's Personal Year, Personal Month, or Personal Day. The understanding is that the personal vibrations are embedded in the global ones and are affected by these (the onion and its various layers). Nonetheless, the Global Year sets the ground swell for mankind's motivations and feelings for what to DO in a given calendar year. Example:
A person having the same personal year vibration as the entire globe has it, will experience his personal vibration much more intensively than those individuals who do not fall into this category (the effect of resonance).
Conversely, the global vibration will limit or mitigate the personal one if the two are of a different nature (the effect of dissonance).
The same principle applies when there are coinciding vibrations in the months and days. Eg, on the physical level the Global Year 2008 has the No 1 type vibration and so has the month of September in that year (resonance), whereas January amounts to a 2 and June to a 7, which are both cases of dissonance. In general, it can be said that for most persons (natural or non-natural ones like companies) there will be no conspicuous changes in the forecast and the personal energies they will be going through.
However, of greatest importance are the gloabl energies in fields in which there are no individual vibrations overriding these earth-wide ones. The knowledge of the global energies is therefore pertinent information in planning world-wide events, as they forecast in which mental and emotional state humanity will be in certain years, months, or days and will thus be most suspectible for a planned undertaking. In the Global Year 27/9, humanity is yearning for better and healthier living conditions for everyone and for helping the downtrotten than in any other Global Year.
The susceptibility towards the introduction of world-wide programs dealing with these situations is great, however, the negative side of this vibration calls for the strong possibility of being deceived and of deluding themselves, and following a pied piper into digging their own grave. In how far the one or the other nation can see through the piper is dependent on the nations personal year at that time and, as far as the individual is concerned, the individual's personal vibrations in that period.
Relating to the aforementioned principle of resonance, when the type of vibration of the Global Year is concurrent with that of the Global Month and even the Global Day, the above statement of humanitie's susceptibility to this type of energy is strongest. Different Calendar Systems Throughout the flow of history, different calendar systems existed and were changed at different times depending on nation and culture.
An example is the Gregorian calendar (our current time system), which was decreed in 1582, with the exact year of introduction varying from country to country.
The predecessor to the Gregorian calendar was the Julian calendar which existed in most European areas from 45 BC onwards. Both, the Julian and the Gregorian systems are often refered to as the Christian calendars.
Most countries converted to the Gregorian system in the 16th and 18th century, but some not before the 20th century (China only in 1946). Before these times and in other parts of the world, also other time structures were present, each being a specific expression of the prevailing culture in which is was devised and used.
Going back in time for research and study, numerology requires to work with the date of birth relating to the calendar scheme of the period in the particular country into which an individual - or as in this case - humanity entered a new cutural period, and the numerological system that applies to that time frame. This need is based on the premise that consciousness tunes into the cultural mold existing at birth and embeds individual, or group, dispositions in the carrier frequencies of the group consciousness of that society.
Inversely, a date, here a year, known in such a different calendar system has to be converted to the Gregorian time count, to be calculated in a system used in today's era. However, depending on how great the cultural difference between nowadays' society and that in those days is, the results of such an assessment would have to be regarded as approximate only. Whilst the calendar conversion and numerological calculations would not pose a problem, today's textual interpretation of the energies would not be appropriate.
With most European countries and North America there would be no disparity, but it would not be fruitful to expect a truthful evaluation dealing with societies and their life styles outside of this group (example: ancient Kabbalistic numerology applies to the ancient Hebrew gentry only and cannot be employed in today's communities, either Hebrew or other).

As said earlier, in the case that more than one calendar exist at the time pertaining to the life of an individual, the person, here humanity, has to decide which one is prevailing in the entity's daily affairs and is shaping its course of living.
In principle, the tenets of numerology can be applied to any time system as long as a date can be depicted in a numerical way and is written in the way it exists in that system (eg, 464 BC or -464 are not applicable).
